Regional Finance Director - Manufacturing - Houston

In this role you will lead all US finance and reporting activities, reporting to the Group CFO in Europe. You'll partner with US and European leadership to improve reporting quality, visibility, and controls while supporting strategic decision making. You'll manage accounting, treasury, and financial operations with a hands-on approach in a lean finance function. This position offers exposure to global leadership and a transformation-led manufacturing environment, with a focus on tariffs, currency, and ERP optimization. A meaningful impact driver role in a growing, international business.

• base salary with $170,000-$180,000 range

• Lead accounting, finance, reporting, treasury, compliance, and controls for the US operation
• Ensure US GAAP-compliant monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
• Oversee month-end close, balance sheet, P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow
• Improve reporting quality, transparency, and timeliness
• Strengthen cost and inventory accounting to support ops decisions
• Partner with commercial/operational leaders for actionable financial insights
• Support tariff, trade, and import-related challenges
• Drive SAP optimization and ERP improvement initiatives
• Serve as finance liaison between US operation and international leadership
• Maintain foreign currency transactions and multinational reporting
• Maintain a lean, hands-on finance function
• Identify financial risks and opportunities for leadership
• Work with international executives to navigate evolving business conditions

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
• Strong US GAAP expertise
• Manufacturing and cost accounting experience ideal but not essential
• Advanced SAP proficiency ideal
• Experience with foreign currency and intercompany transactions
• Italian language capabilities ideal but not essential
